Site layouts for the financier's private Caribbean island among the photographs.
Also featured in this latest document release seems to be a development blueprint for Great St James island, situated in the Caribbean US territory.
The financier purchased a more modest island - Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but subsequently obtained the bigger adjacent island in the year 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
This visual evidence suggest he had drawn up ambitious plans to develop the substantial island by erecting living quarters, an open-air theater, an underwater office and a pool.
You can see the plan is Pillsbury Sound, a waterway in the territory, marked on the bottom right.
The site plan is marked up in red pen markings and features a notes section identifying various sections of the estate.
In addition to this are what appear to be an additional nine property layouts and construction drawings, such as layouts for marina coverings.
Further documentation released as part of the ongoing congressional process.
